A European luxury furniture company, publicly listed and well-established in global markets, sought to accelerate its growth in Asia through strategic acquisition.

While the company had extensive M&A experience in Europe, this was one of its first acquisitions in China. The buyer needed to adapt to local business culture and regulatory frameworks, and navigate a transaction entirely within a compressed timeline. Communication with the target and cultural alignment were key concerns.
